With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luke Fleming McCusker Jr. (Millersville, Maryland), who passed away on January 13, 2023 at the age of 88. Jean Phelps McCusker, age 75, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 16, 2023.
